Joinery Opportunities – Tradespeople, Apprentices & General Hands | Batemans Bay


We are looking for people to work with a leading design and manufacturing business based in Batemans Bay, proudly servicing the South Coast for 25 years. Renowned for producing high-quality kitchens, vanities, pantries, and custom joinery, they are now looking to expand their team to meet growing demand.

Opportunities Available:

• Qualified Tradespeople – Cabinet Makers, Joiners, and Installers
• General Hands – Factory and site support roles
• Apprentices – First year and continuing apprentices encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities (varies by role):

• Fabrication and assembly of cabinetry and custom joinery in the factory
• Installation of kitchens and cabinetry at client sites
• General labouring and materials handling
• Assisting tradespeople on tools and in preparation tasks
• Maintaining clean, organised and WHS-compliant workspaces
• Machinery operation (with training provided where required)
• Supporting project delivery with a focus on quality and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade qualifications (required for Trades roles)
• Previous experience in joinery or construction (preferred but not essential for General Hands and Apprentices)
• Willingness to learn, take instruction, and develop your skillset
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
