Casual Machine Operator – Nowra | $31.25/hr | Ongoing Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Casual Machine Operator for an ongoing opportunity with a leading Nowra-based manufacturer specialising in coatings, waterproofing membranes, and resin systems for a range of industries.

Position Overview:

• Location: Nowra, NSW

• Rate: $31.25 per hour

• Engagement: Casual ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery in line with company procedures and safety standards

• Assist in batching, mixing, and packaging processes

• Perform manual handling tasks and maintain work area cleanliness

• Maintain strict adherence to WHS protocols

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or process-based role (desirable)

• Forklift licence desirable

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Physically fit – this is a hands-on, labour-intensive role requiring manual lifting and consistent movement throughout the day

• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
