Rigger Dogman Required for Busy Precast Yard – Salisbury Area

• $46.60/hour Full Time
• $32 per Day Travel Allowance
• Ongoing Work in a Well-Established Precast Facility
• Immediate Start – Full-Time Hours
• Overtime Opportunities Paid at Double Time

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Rigger Dogman to join our fast-paced precast yard operation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the safe and efficient handling, lifting, and placement of precast concrete elements using rigging and dogging techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rigging and dogging tasks in accordance with Australian safety standards and site procedures
• Safely operate lifting equipment to move precast concrete components around the yard
• Perform pre-lift checks and ensure rigging gear is maintained and compliant
• Communicate effectively with crane operators and team members to coordinate lifts
• Assist with load securing and prepare precast elements for transport
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety, reporting hazards and incidents promptly

Essential Criteria:

• Current Rigger and Dogman ticket (White Card and relevant high-risk licenses mandatory)
• Proven experience working in a precast concrete or heavy industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of rigging gear, lifting techniques, and safety compliance
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive approach to tasks
