On Line Recruitment, in partnership with our JV company APIP, is seeking reliable and experienced Casual Cleaners to join a flexible, on-call pool supporting multiple sites across Townsville.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for casual evening shifts with the ability to jump in on short notice when regular staff are unavailable. Work will be across health, office, and community spaces, requiring a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.

As a Cleaner, your duties may include:

• General cleaning of rooms, reception areas, and communal spaces
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitising restrooms
• Restocking paper towels, toilet paper, and basic kitchen items (e.g. tea, coffee, sugar)
• Emptying rubbish bins and replacing liners
• Following site-specific cleaning procedures and using provided supplies/equipment

What we are looking for in a Cleaner:

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for:

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Willingness to work across multiple locations in Townsville
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Flexibility to accept short-notice shifts and work evenings (typically between 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM)

Requirements:

• Current Police Check
• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
