We’re on the lookout for reliable and hardworking Labourers to join a well-established precast concrete manufacturing facility in the Brisbane area. These are ongoing, full-time opportunities to become part of a close-knit crew contributing to the delivery of major civil and construction projects across Queensland.

Whether you’ve got experience in precast or a solid background in physical work, this is your chance to join a team where safety, support, and long-term opportunity are at the core of the culture.

Your Role

• Assisting in the setup, pour, and finish of precast concrete elements
• General labouring tasks including cleaning moulds, moving materials, and basic tool use
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Following all WHS procedures and maintaining a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, precast, or construction environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Requirements

• WHS White Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Precast experience highly regarded but not essential

• Daily Travel Allowance – $32/day
• Paid 7.2 ordinary hours/day + 0.80 RDO accrued daily
• Weekly Redundancy Contributions: BERT $62, BEWT $7, CIPQ $22.50
• Overtime paid at double time
