Site Manager – South Nowra Car Wash

About the Role

South Nowra Car Wash is seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to manage the daily operations of our modern car wash facility.

This is a full-time, hands-on role typically working 6 days per week. As the sole employee on site, you’ll take full responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe and operational car wash for customers.

If you enjoy working independently, solving problems on the go, and taking ownership of your work environment – this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Opening and closing the site securely
- Daily cleaning and presentation of the facility
- Operating and maintaining car wash equipment
- Refilling consumables (soaps, detergents, etc.)
- Prepping and drying vehicles for customers
- Identifying and troubleshooting minor faults
- Stock control and ordering
- Managing waste, drains and hoppers
- Using basic hand tools for maintenance
- Providing customer service as needed

About You

- Works well independently with minimal supervision
- Is reliable, honest, and takes pride in their work
- Has basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Enjoys physical, active work in an outdoor environment
- Has a current driver’s licence
- Previous maintenance or cleaning experience is desirable
