On Line Recruitment is currently seeking skilled Concretors and Concrete Labourers to join a reputable civil maintenance crew based in Nowra. Our client is a long-standing and trusted organisation, delivering high-quality work across roads, bridges, footpaths, and other public infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pours
• Placing, screeding, and finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard
• Supporting concrete patching, repairs, and demolition as required
• Operating a range of tools and machinery used in concreting
• Cleaning, setting up, and maintaining work sites and equipment
• Following all safety procedures and collaborating with your crew to deliver quality results

What We’re Looking For:

• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport – essential
• Previous experience in concreting, civil labouring, or construction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow site plans and instructions
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks outdoors
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and working in a team environment
