HR Driver

We are currently looking for the South Coast’s best HR drivers!

Our client are world leaders in water management, waste management & energy services. They are currently seeking to enhance their team with additional HR drivers to assist them in servicing the South Coast through the collection of residential and commercial recycling and waste pick up.

As a HR driver, you will be required to drive Side Lift Vehicles to conduct pickups, in addition to other various tasks including acting as a general hand at the depot or as a driver’s offsider.

There is training on site for suitable candidates, though the more experience in a similar role, the quicker you will be able to perform all duties.

If you are physically fit and have some experience as a driver, we want to hear from you!

As Driver, you will be required to;

• Drive designated routes for the collection of residential recycling and waste pickup - utilising Side Lift HR Vehicles
• Complete/Maintain accurate paperwork
• Maintain safe driving practises
• Assist with loading/unloading
• Yard work as required
• Act as a driver’s offsider as required
• Show willingness to complete any training required

What we are looking for in our Drivers…

For us to work successfully together, there are a few things we are looking for:

• HR License
• Side Lift Experience (Advantageous)
• Basic iPad or similar device experience (Advantageous)
• Demonstrated commitment to vehicle care
• Ability to work in a small team
• Ability to work independently as required
• A general knowledge of the area including streets, suburbs and the boundaries (Desirable)
