As a Processing Supervisor, your role may include:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
• Lead and mentor process plant operators and maintenance teams, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Optimise plant performance by monitoring production, quality, and environmental parameters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and operational standards.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage maintenance activities, workforce coordination, and production targets.
• Prepare detailed production reports and utilise computerised process control systems.

What we are looking for to be successful in this role:

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
• Extensive experience in mining operations, particularly in processing facilities. Expertise in Solvent Extraction, Electrowinning, and Heap Leach processes.
• Ability to oversee plant maintenance, optimize production, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Proven track record in managing production targets and maintaining operational efficiency
• A current driver’s licence and the ability to work rotating shifts when required.
