Our client is a leading name in the gourmet cheese industry, renowned for their innovative products and commitment to quality. Established in 1977, they have received numerous gold, silver and bronze medals at the Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show, the Royal Melbourne Show, the Royal Queensland Show and the DIAA Dairy Products Awards.

They are now hiring Process Workers to support their factory operations in South Nowra. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our factory and the quality of their products. The ideal candidates will have experience in a production or manufacturing environment, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

As a Process Worker, your role will include:

• Assisting with the production and/or packaging of products according to company specifications
• Monitoring the production line to ensure products meet quality standards
• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspecting finished products for defects and inconsistencies
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Completing general factory duties, including manual handling and stock replenishment
• Communicating effectively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment
• High attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in tasks
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards teamwork
• A proactive approach to workplace safety and adherence to company standards
