Our client, a family-run residential landscape design, construction, maintenance, and irrigation company based in Illawarra, is seeking a Skilled Landscaping Labourer to join their expert team. Known for delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service, they take pride in ensuring nothing is too much trouble. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for landscaping, and an eye for detail, we want you on our team!

This is an ongoing position offering full-time hours, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. We are looking for candidates who are motivated, committed with a solid work ethic

As a Skilled Labourer, you may be required to:

• Assist in landscape design and construction, including planting, turf laying, hardscaping (paving, retaining walls), and irrigation installation.
• Maintain and operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist with site preparation, soil preparation, and general garden maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards with attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with the team or work independently to meet project deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

What we are looking for to be successful in this role:

• MR Licence (Advantageous)
• White Card (Essential)
• Proven experience in landscaping or garden maintenance (residential preferred)
• Previous experience in landscaping or construction (Advantageous)
• Strong physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work in outdoor environments
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely
• Attention to detail and high standard of workmanship
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
• A valid driver’s licence
