Roofing Project Manager
Our Client is a fast-growing roofing company delivering high-quality roofing solutions across the Riverina. Originally established to support their construction projects, theyhave rapidly expanded due to strong market demand. We specialize in new commercial and residential roofing projects.
With a strong foundation of subcontractor partnerships, they are now looking to build an in-house team while maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly capable Project Manager to lead project execution from start to finish, with the potential to progress into an Operations Manager role.
This is a leadership position where you will oversee projects from client engagement to completion. You will play a critical role in scheduling, logistics, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring high-quality roofing work is delivered on time and within budget.
Site Measure-Ups & Materials Take-Offs – Conduct accurate site assessments and calculate material requirements.
Quoting & Tendering – Prepare competitive quotes and tender submissions.
Scheduling & Coordination – Plan and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth collaboration between subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Material Ordering & Logistics – Manage procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Quality Control & Compliance – Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Address challenges proactively to keep jobs on track.
Process Improvement & Business Growth – Contribute to system enhancements and help shape the company’s expansion strategy.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional who is eager to make a real impact and grow with us. You should have:
Proven experience in roofing project management (new builds & re-roofs preferred).
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry regulations.
Confidence in quoting, tendering, and scheduling.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent leadership and communication skills – able to coordinate subcontractors and work with clients effectively.
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy – comfortable using project management software, digital quoting tools, and communication apps (Buildxact experience is a plus).
Experience in safety management for commercial projects is advantageous but not essential.
$125K–$140K salary to start (with performance reviews at 6 & 12 months).
Company vehicle, phone, and computer/iPad provided.
