On Line Recruitment are looking for a Construction Labourer!

Our client, a reputable construction company operating across Australia, is seeking a Construction Labourer to join their team in the Shoalhaven region. Specialising in the planning, design, and delivery of Defence, Commercial, and Education sector projects, they are known for their commitment to transparency, safety, and quality in all their builds.

We are seeking labourers to assist our client with general site clean-up and other labouring duties.

As a Construction Labourer, your role may include:

• Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards with attention to detail
• Perform general labour duties as directed
• Site clean-up and material movement

To be successful in this role, you may have:

• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Current Driver’s Licence, and own transport
• Silica Awareness (Advantageous)
• Asbestos Awareness (Advantageous)
• Previous experience in construction or a related field (desirable)
• Basic understanding of hand tools and construction equipment
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks and lifting
• Reliability!
