We are now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in South Nowra. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering tailored hiring solutions. Whilst recruitment experience is valued in this role, previous experience in similar customer facing or administrative positions will be advantageous. Training is available for the right candidate!
As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding successful hires
- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment strategies
- Advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and conducting detailed candidate interviews
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive candidate profiles to clients professionally and efficiently
- Scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and candidates
- Proactively building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
- Conducting onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database
- Representing the business in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner to both clients and candidates
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar client-focused role, with a track record of managing the full recruitment process (training available for the right candidate)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner
- A proactive approach with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to build positive relationships with candidates, clients and internal team members
- An understanding of recruitment processes, employment trends, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in recruitment or CRM systems
- A professional, approachable, and engaging attitude to represent the business with credibility and integrity
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently as required
