We are now seeking an Administration Officer to join our team in South Nowra. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, manage communications, and ensure the smooth operation of recruitment processes. As an Administration Officer, your role will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and candidates, providing information and representing the business in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing and responding to calls and emails from multiple inboxes, ensuring queries are directed and resolved efficiently
  • Performing general data entry, scanning documents, creating and maintaining client and candidate files
  • Offering direct administrative support to the recruitment team as required
  • Drafting candidate profiles and preparing job orders, assigning candidates to roles as needed
  • Overseeing team calendars and scheduling interviews
  • Conducting registration processes for new candidates, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated customer service experience (advantageous)
  • The ability to build strong, positive working relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A professional attitude, high level of initiative, and a drive to succeed
