Labourer

On Line Recruitment are looking for a Labourer!



We are looking for a hardworking and versatile Labourer to join the team across the construction, civil works, and landscaping industries. In this role, you will support various tasks on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.



As a Labourer, your role will include:

• Assisting with general construction, civil works, or landscaping tasks as directed by the supervisor
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Preparing and cleaning work sites, including removing debris and setting up barriers
• Operating basic tools and equipment safely and responsibly
• Supporting skilled workers, such as carpenters, landscapers, or machine operators, as needed
• Following safety protocols and reporting any hazards or issues immediately
• Carrying out basic maintenance of tools and equipment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in construction, civil works, landscaping, or a similar environment
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual labour tasks in various weather conditions
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and a commitment to following them
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
