On Line Recruitment are looking for a Storeperson!

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturing company specialising in industrial chemicals and coatings. With a reputation for quality and a commitment to excellence, they provide innovative solutions across various industries.



They are now seeking a dynamic and reliable Storeperson to join their warehouse team in South Nowra. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role where you'll be involved in a variety of warehouse and factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock management, preparation for shipment, and assisting with factory tasks when needed.



As a Store Person, your role will include:

• Receiving and unloading deliveries from suppliers
• Moving, storing, and managing stock within the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders for distribution
• Assisting with loading trucks and ensuring orders are prepared for shipment
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment
• Providing general warehouse support and assisting with factory operations when required
• Ensuring compliance with safety and workplace protocols
• Performing manual labour tasks such as lifting and carrying materials

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in warehouse or stores management (essential)
• A current forklift licence (essential) and reliable transport to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Physical fitness and the capacity to carry out manual tasks
• A proactive approach to the identification and addressing of warehouse needs
• The confidence to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
