Barista

On Line Recruitment are looking for an experienced Barista!

Our client is a leading arts and cultural precinct located in a picturesque setting on the Shoalhaven River. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty and a rich artistic heritage, they are dedicated to providing a creative and inspiring environment for both artists and visitors through a range of dynamic experiences including exhibitions and workshops.

They are now seeking a qualified and passionate Barista to join their caf? team. In this role, you will work around 35 hours per week across a 5-day roster, with a focus on ensuring exceptional customer service and the consistent preparation of premium coffee and beverages.



As a Barista, you will:

• Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages to a high standard
• Maintain and clean coffee machines and equipment
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the caf?, including stock management and food preparation
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily reconciliation
• Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and productive environment
• Ensure the caf? area is always hygienic and well-presented
• Adhere to food safety and health regulations
• Engage with visitors and caf? patrons, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances their overall experience at the venue

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Barista with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive guest experience
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
