We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our client’s Ulladulla site and provide support over the busy Christmas period. The role requires a reliable and enthusiastic individual capable of opening and closing the store, operating the cash register, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations during the holiday season, helping customers, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming shopping experience.

This position starts as soon as possible and will continue through at least the end of January, offering a chance to be a part of a community-focused, purpose-driven organisation during an exciting time of year.

As a Retail Assistant you may be required to;

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for our visitors and customers
• Assist with daily store operations including stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store
• Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle cash
• Promote the values and mission of our client in all interactions with customers and colleagues
• Assist with visual merchandising and setting up of displays
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support the needs of our community
