We are looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer to join the team in Ulladulla. In this hands-on role, you will assist in civil maintenance tasks, including the repair and upkeep of roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. Your duties will involve a variety of manual labour tasks, from using hand tools to assisting with site clean-up and supporting ongoing maintenance projects across the region.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside experienced professionals. You will be part of a supportive team that values safety, collaboration, and quality workmanship.

As a Labourer, you may be required to;

• Assist tradespeople with the repair and maintenance of roads, bridges, and infrastructure.
• Perform general labouring tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate hand tools and assist with basic machinery operation where required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment by supporting site clean-up activities.
• Assist with the delivery, setup, and transportation of materials and equipment to work areas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

What we are looking for in a Labourer;

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

• White Card (essential)
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transport to work.
• Previous experience in a labouring or construction-related role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the project.
• A good understanding of safety procedures and practices on a construction site.
