Position: Casual/On Going Labourer

Location: Nowra, NSW

Are you a motivated and reliable Labourer ready to join a dynamic team? On Line Recruitment is currently looking for Labourers to assist our client, a leading construction company specialising in high-quality construction projects.

Our Client is in the early stages of several new commercial projects across the Shoalhaven, making this position likely to extend into the foreseeable future. If you're looking for long-term work and the chance to contribute to exciting new builds, we want to hear from you!

As a Labourer, you may be required to;

• Assisting with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites
• Supporting tradespeople and site supervisors in day-to-day operations
• Handling materials and equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Following safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
• Other relevant duties which may be required by the Site Supervisor

What we are looking for in a Labourer;

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar role (advantageous)
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (Essential)
• WHS General Induction Certificate (White Card) (Essential)
• Can reliably commute to job sites (Essential)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Reliability!
