We are looking for Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s team. This full-time role will primarily focus on enhancing relationships with existing customers by managing their orders and promoting our client's products. The successful candidate will be the key in maximising customer engagement and satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you may be required to;

  • Manage customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email.
  • Engage with existing customers to promote products, campaigns, and services.
  • Educate customers on the advantages of incorporating our clients' products into their pantry
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Utilise Microsoft Navision and proprietary programs to track and manage orders.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with system training.
  • Conduct daily banking, account reconciliations, and account collections.

What we are looking for in a Customer Service Administrator;

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:


  • Experience administration is preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
