On Line Recruitment is looking for an Excavator Operator!

Our Client is a reputable construction company known for their expertise in excavation, equipped to handle both bulk and detail excavations. They are currently engaged in a long-term commercial building project in South Nowra and are seeking an additional experienced Machine Operator to join their team.

In this role, you will primarily operate excavators (and potentially other plant equipment), assisting with trenching, digging, lifting, carrying, and other manual labour duties as required. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of equipment, performing routine checks, and maintaining tools in serviceable condition.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to a significant construction project in the Shoalhaven!



As an Excavator Operator with Our Client, you may be required to;

• Safely operate plant and equipment relevant to the work area
• Undertake general labouring duties related to the construction project
• Operate excavators, skid steers, and backhoes
• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of plant and equipment
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on tools and equipment
• Perform other relevant duties as required by the site supervisor

What we are looking for in a Machine Operator;

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

• Ability to operate minor plant and equipment associated with construction and maintenance work
• Extensive experience operating excavators
• Experience in civil/construction work
• Relevant licenses/tickets for plant equipment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
• WHS General Induction Certificate (White Card)
• Reliable transport
