Shifts: Monday to Friday | 6am – 2pm (typically)



OLR are looking for Cleaners in the Shoalhaven!

Our client is seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of a local community building on a daily basis.

In this essential role, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitising restrooms and communal spaces. Your attention to detail will ensure that all areas are well-kept and welcoming for visitors.

The ideal candidate will work independently, communicate effectively, and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.

As a Cleaner you may be required to;

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all areas.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, break rooms, and communal spaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all areas are well maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

What we are looking for in a Cleaner;

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Ability to lift and move items as needed.
• Flexibility to work early mornings.
