We are seeking motivated Construction Labourers to assist our client, a leading construction company who specialise in high-quality construction projects. They are currently in the early stages of their new commercial building projects across multiple sites in the Shoalhaven making this position likely to be ongoing into the foreseeable future.

This position is ideal for labourers with a valid Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, and their White Card.

As a Labourer, you may be required to;

• Assisting with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites
• Supporting tradespeople and site supervisors in day-to-day operations
• Handling materials and equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Following safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
• Other relevant duties which may be required by the Site Supervisor

What we are looking for in a Labourer;

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar role (advantageous)
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (Essential)
• WHS General Induction Certificate (White Card) (Essential)
• Can reliably commute to job sites (Essential)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Reliability!
