Our client, a renowned cheese factory in Nowra, is gearing up for a busy period and is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic process work staff to join their team.

We are hiring multiple candidates to support both the packaging and production sections of the factory.

As a Process Worker, you may be required to;

Production Section:

• Assist in the cheese-making process, including ingredient preparation and mixing.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support quality control measures to ensure consistent product excellence.

Packaging Section:

• Efficiently package cheese products to meet quality and quantity standards.
• Operate packaging machinery and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Ensure accurate labelling and product handling.

What we are looking for in a Process Worker;

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

• Reliable transport to work (essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible weekends, during the busy period.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment (advantageous)
• Demonstrated ability to apply WHS to your work place.
• Reliability!
