What we are looking for;

• 1st or 2nd year university student pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in the construction industry and a desire to learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of construction principles and techniques is a plus
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
