On Line Recruitment are currently looking for Warehouse Operators!

Our Client Manufactures over 300 products sold across the Construction, Protective Coating, Mining and Surf Industries. They manufacture products across Urethane, Epoxy, Acrylic, Vinyl ester and Polyester chemistries, producing finished products from very low viscosity through to extremely thick pastes and distribute or export products from large multinational companies to direct shop sales!

Our Client is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator to assist in preparing products for distribution. With your experience and understanding of warehouse distribution operations, you will be a valuable member of the team. You will be utilising a forklift to move, load and unload stock, loading trucks with orders and taking ownership of the warehouse space. In addition to your primary role, at times you will get the opportunity to assist in the factory so you know the role will never get stagnant!

As a Warehouse Operator you may be required to;

• Receiving deliveries and assisting with unloading trucks
• Utilise a forklift and Pick/pack orders and load trucks for distribution
• Identifying stock required to be replenished
• Preparation of products for delivery

• Follow instructions and work under the supervision of the team lead or supervisor.
• Perform manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment within the chemical factory.

What we are looking for in a Warehouse Operator;

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a warehouse –highly desirable
• forklift licence - Required
• Certificate 3 in Warehouse Operations (advantageous, though not required)
• Ability to communicate and work as part of a team, navigating a busy warehouse
• Proactive approach, ability to identify needs of the warehouse
