On Line Recruitment are currently looking Process workers!

We are currently seeking motivated, reliable workers to contribute to the manufacturing for confectionary products

You don’t need any specific experience to succeed in this role, just an enthusiasm to become a valuable member of the team. A great team fit will be able to communicate effectively with their peers, supervisors and employers alike, be reliable to attend shifts as dictated by a weekly roster, and at times be able to step up work hard during “surge” periods.

As Process worker, you may be required to;

· Processing food products

· Mixing ingredients

· Manual handling

· Labelling and filling packaging

· Packing

· Operating machinery

· General cleaning of production and packing rooms

What we are looking for in a Process worker

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

· Ability to follow safety standards

· Time management skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Attention to detail

· Willingness to complete repetitive work

· Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not mandatory
