We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant for an immediate start. This role is based in the Nowra area offering part-time hours across 2-3 days/week – you must be available to work Tuesday and Wednesday on a weekly basis. School time hours available, this is a great position for the right person!

The successful person will have:

  • A current drivers licence and reliable car, essential
  • Strong administration skills with proven experience
  • MYOB knowledge
  • Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in accounts payable and payroll highly regarded
  • Able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
  • Exceptional organisational and administration skills
  • A friendly and very helpful personality
  • A loyal and hardworking nature

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data entry into MYOB
  • Monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Daily use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Accounts payable and payroll – training will be provided
  • Use of own car for grocery shopping and deliveries to onsite workers
  • Providing assistance to management and other members of the team
  • General administration duties
