Our client is a well-established, locally owned and operated business in the Shoalhaven region. We are currently seeking a resourceful and experienced Bookkeeper to join their busy team – you will also be competent in Administrative tasks.

This is a long-term position offering 3-4 days/week – you must be available to work Monday and Tuesday.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping and administration roles a must
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Experience with MYOB accounting software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Proactive and willing to learn

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Use of accounting software
  • Preparing BAS statements
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Accounts payable and receivable/debt collection
  • GST reporting
  • Raising purchase orders
  • General administration tasks including filing and organising paperwork
