For well over thirty years our client has been providing a comprehensive range of legal services to the Nowra and Shoalhaven communities of New South Wales.

We are seeking a friendly, professional and motivated Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join this small team located in the Nowra CBD.

This is a fulltime position 5 days/week, Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm. Previous experience working in Real Estate or Legal Conveyancing highly regarded.


  • Front desk position
  • Providing personal assistance to the solicitors
  • Answering phones (assistance is provided by other staff)
  • Greeting and serving customers
  • Letter typing by dictation

Skills and Experiences

  • Strong administration skills
  • Proficient in using computers including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Able to work well in a small team environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a customer service based role
  • Positive attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work take initiative and work autonomously
  • Reliable
