We currently have a variety of administrative roles available within the Nowra and surrounding areas – experience working in paralegal, conveyancing, real estate or industrial environments highly regarded. The positions vary from 2 – 5 days/week. You will have previous experience in a similar role.


  • Reception duties including answering phone calls and taking enquiries
  • Front face of the business, greeting customers
  • Proof reading documents
  • Filing and organising paperwork
  • Navigating computer systems
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • General administrative tasks

Skills and Experiences

  • Previous experience working in an administration environment – paralegal, conveyancing, real estate or industrial environments highly regarded
  • Strong computer skills
  • Accounts and payroll experience preferred but not necessary
  • Confident with using Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Can work autonomously and shows a high level of proactiveness
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work well in a team – gets along with others
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Well presented
  • Multi-task
  • Reliable
