Cleaner

• 1 day a week (Mondays) + sick leave and holiday covers

Our client is looking for a casual cleaner, for an immediate start. The position will require you to work every Monday and assist in covering sick leave and holidays. You will maintain the already high standard of maintaining the cleanliness of a modern, first class facility open to the public which compromises of a café, library and a performance and event venue!

As you will create the first impression of this facility, our client is seeking an motivated cleaner who can work as part of a team as well as independently with a very high level of attention to detail. If you are an early riser, this position is for you! You will start before the centre opens to ensure it is clean and ready for the public, Monday to Saturday. As the cleaner, you will be responsible for;

• General interior and exterior cleaning
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Hosing and gurney exterior walkways
• Moving café furniture outside
• Emptying bins
• Cleaning walls and glass
• Cleaning fridges

The following attributes would be an advantage, although not essential;

• Be a well-presented individual who takes pride in work
• Be able to work individually and maintain a high standard
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be ready for early starts (5am)
