On Line Recruitment are currently looking for Formwork Carpenters!

Our Client is conducting civil construction and maintenance works to assist in city revitalisation within the local area. The works include kerb and gutter, footpath, asphalt, stormwater drainage or road maintenance and traffic control in one of the largest growing regions in New South Wales. Any other additional tickets and licences is of benefit as it is at times a multi disciplined role

As a Formwork Carpenter, you may be required to;

• Support Civil projects with a sound knowledge of Commercial formwork
• Setting frames and levels
• Cutting, assembling and nailing plywood to construct formwork
• Forming of timber structures for the construction of decks, retaining walls and culverts
• Installing and removing concrete forms
• Construction of other forms to contain concrete for other applications
• Carrying out concreting works
• Undertake general labouring duties relevant to the work area
• Other relevant duties which may be required by the Site Supervisor

What we are looking for in a Formwork Carpenter;

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

• Experience in Formwork Carpentry duties, it is advantageous if your experience is relevant to the work area (kerb and gutter, footpath, asphalt, stormwater drainage or road maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• WHS General Induction Certificate (Required)
• MR or HR class drivers licence (Advantageous)
• Traffic Control (Advantageous)
• Excavator, Skid steer and/or Backhoe/Loader Experience (Advantageous)
