On Line Recruitment are currently looking for Day Labourers!

Day Labour is a form of casual work where you are employed for a short period of time, usually 1 to 2 days, to do something for a client. There is always a demand for workers who are interested and who have general labouring experience.

At On Line Recruitment we strive to create long-term partnerships with our candidates and clients and strongly value the importance of excellent working relationships. So our employment experts work side-by-side with each Day Labourer to keep them in work throughout the week and earning.

As a Day Labourer you will be involved in working on various building or civil construction sites around the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. Day Labourers might work at several different sites in a week, thus earning money each day they work. In addition to your White Card, you will need your own reliable vehicle, PPE including hard hat and the availability to work on short notice, ie the next day.

Day Labourers are paid at casual rates and have the freedom to work when they want.

What we are looking for in a Day Labourer:

• Work history showing your reliability
• White Card
• Valid Driver Licence (Truck licences highly desirable)
• Own, reliable vehicle
